Job Description : HEAD CENTRAL SERVICES NIGERIA 25 years experience · Overall Head of Central Service Department · Will be responsible for monitoring and smooth functioning of Automobile, Mechanical and Electrical Workshops. · Will be responsible for Infrastructure like maintenance of Township, Lighting, Drain, Boundary wall , . · Responsible for services pertaining mines, reservoir, water treatment plant. · Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation. · Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues. · Monitor electrical and hydraulic systems of buildings to ensure functionality. · Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities · Implement preventive maintenance schedule. · Assure availability of spares, materials, machines whenever required.
