15 yearsJob Description : HEAD OF TALENT ACQUISTION UAE An enterprise of considerable size is seeking a seasoned professional who has experience driving multi-year system strategies to leverage and optimize its current systems, processes, and capabilities. It is your responsibility to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including requisitions, sourcing candidates, interviewing, reference checking, and offer management. Develop and implement strategies to develop Client's internal talent pool so that all internal talent can be registered in "skills in demand". Create and maintain an internal talent register. Analyze labor market trends, workforce plans, and organizational intelligence to identify occupational trends and methods for attracting employees. Establishing and implementing talent supply systems and processes including: planning and scheduling tactics for the recruitment of critical and scarce talent, establishing protocols for migrating candidates from the applicant pool to the candidate pool. Working with hiring managers to develop programs for pro-active recruitment with key clients, including planning, scheduling, and resourcing for volume recruitment. Manage a team and ensure they are meeting business objectives. 15+ years of quality experience in the consumer goods/ service/ retail sector. Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred. You should have a demonstrated track record of leading an organization's strategies and creating strategies that positively impact the talent acquisition cycle, as well as being attentive to environmental changes so your strategies remain relevant.
