Job Description : FP & A HEAD UAE A leading Asset Management and Investment Banking firm is looking to appoint Head of Financial Planning & Analysis in their Finance FP& A department. This position will report to Chief Financial & Risk Officer. Job Location - Abu Dhabi, UAE The Head of FP&A is responsible for providing value added insights and for improving insights and decision making capabilities of 'The Company' and its subsidiaries. In an agile and entrepreneurial environment, the role will personally supervise the continuous development and improvement of FP&A in a rapidly expanding organisation, utilising technology. The role will also be an important partner to work on the implementation of a multi-year digital transformation journey for FP&A, that will include data science and machine learning deployments into the current systems and processes stack. · 8 years of experience in Investment Banking, Asset Management, and Real Estate, with regional or global organisations is required. · Experience in FP&A digital transformation is essential. · Good reporting and Business Advisory experience will be required. · Bachelor or Masters degree from a recognized University in a related, complimentary, or value add field to the business and role is required. · ACA or ACCA qualified. Candidates from Investment Banking, Asset Management and Real Estate business with relevant experience in FP&A Bsiness Advisory, high level reporting skills and Digital Transformation (implementation)
