Job Description : GM GHANA FOR FLEXI PACKAGING For the largest Polyethylene Packaging Industry in Ghana (West Africa). Job Responsibilities: • To oversee plant operations of Blown Film Extrusion, Bagmaking & Printing Department. • Planning of raw materials, cost control, Analysis of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). • Monitor and implement quality systems. • Should have extensive experience in both mechanical and electrical on Blown film Extrusion & bagmaking dept, and to taking care of plant maintenance with the help of maintenance team. • Ensure quality and production targets are met for the assigned lines, by checking weekly/monthly production plans, machine & manpower utilization, cost reduction etc. • Mus have exposure in 6 colours gravure printing presses, co-extrusion blown film lines and monolayer lines, bag making and pouch machines. • Team Management. • Supporting the team in recruiting manpower from India. Candidate Profile : Qualification: B.E. – Electrical/Mechanical/ PGD-PPT Experience: 12-15 years of experience in Flexible Packaging (Plastic Bags)industry. African experience would be highly considered. Status: Bachelor/ Family
