Factory Manager

Job Description : FACTORY MANAGER KSA An overhead crane manufacturing company in Saudi is looking for a Factory Manager. Your Role: You will be managing the commissioning and start up a new plant - Integrate the process from a build and commission stage to full production. Along with the overall exposure, you should have the hands-on exposure and should be capable of handling & running the overall operations end to end. You will be looking after the designing of Infrastructural facilities like Contracts Management, Commercial Management, Project Management, Technical/ Design Management and Quantity Surveying, risk identification and analysis, with the ability to lead many teams from various backgrounds. Work closely with state and other municipal authorities to ensure all appropriate approvals are granted prior to commencement of construction and ensure adherence to statutory requirements. You would also be participating in the capacity creation, Plant Scale trials and stabilization of commercial production of new SKU Lines, Central Planning, Replenishment and Engineering. Must Have: Bachelors Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineer or equivalent with more than 10-20 years in Fabrication Industry/Factory operations/manufacturing. You have demonstrated solid leadership in managing people and creating and maintaining a teamwork environment. You should be a strong leader with a drive to deliver results and the ability to engage people, a proactive change leader with strong interpersonal skills and your excellent problem-solving skills should be supported by an analytical mind-set.
