Job Description : CFO INDONESIA One of the leading startup companies is seeking a CFO to be based in Jakarta. In this job, you will be leading investment advice and business recommendations to the management team, as well as leading capital fundraising activities. As the CFO, you will provide investment advice and business recommendations to the management team, as well as negotiate and structure fundraising and finance details. They need someone who has successfully raised multi-million dollar investments, and has an excellent track record of strategy planning and leading capital raising campaign strategies to support their rapid growth in Indonesia and region. The company is looking for an experienced Head of Finance to oversee and lead overall finance and accounting department including corporate finance, M&A projects, investor and government relations, fundraising, business and finance strategy, etc. Establish and lead capital raising campaign strategies to further scale and grow the business Maintain responsibility for financial operations, accounting, overall management, statutory and management reporting for internal and external stakeholders and drive the overall business performance Build and develop financial strategies aligned with the organisation’s business plan and support the company’s short and long-term objectives and market opportunities Provide strategic, finance and commercial insight to the overall company strategy and work collaboratively with other departments Develop and manage company’s budgets and financial forecast Be responsible for the company's corporate finance activities including M&A, due diligence, etc. To succeed in this CFO role, you must possess good communication skills and strong business partnering. A great leader who can lead by example. Experience taking a company public is a strong advantage. Finance and accounting degree or relevant degree from a top university Big 4 background is a plus MBA or certifications in accounting/finance is preferred Experience leading fundraising rounds is required Comfortable working in a startup environment High adaptability and flexibility to support the company and passion in setting up an organisation Entrepreneurial mindset and abilities to lead a dynamic team at a fast-paced environment Strong analytical and business mindset Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills as well as good leadership
