Regional Finance Director

Job Description : REGIONAL SEA FINANCE DIRECTOR OUT OF SINGAPORE industry leader in the Services business with a diverse portfolio in Asia. They have won several large contracts and have been expanding its business presence particularly in the SEA markets. They are now looking for a Regional Finance Director role as a key member of the APAC Finance leadership team in supporting and driving the business performance for SEA markets. Reporting to the Regional CFO, you will be managing the full spectrum of finance function; including budgets and forecasting, long term strategic plan, preparation of management reports and supervision of the accounts department. You will be a key business partner to the functional stakeholders and business units heads in key areas of decision support, challening on status quo and identify opportunities in the market. You will be actively involved in all commercial analysis, contracts review and providing useful financial insights to the operations and country managers. This incumbent will also spearhead ERP standardisation & drive continuous improvement work across different business units and functions. The successful candidate be a qualified accountant with > 10 years of Finance and Accounting with the recent years in people management capacity. Prior Big 4 experience will be an advantage. You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and should also be confident in dealing with senior management or varied stakeholders within an organization. Previous experience in services industry will be highly desired.
