12 yearsJob Description : REGIONAL SALES MANAGER UAE AND OMAN world leader in the global export of premium quality grains and we are recruiting an experienced UAE and Oman senior level sales manager to join their Dubai operations to build a increase the distribution network and brand presence across the UAE and Oman. The successful candidate will have P&L accountability and should have a credible sales track record in profitable FMCG products distributor management. · Define and execute annual go-to-market strategies and roadmaps to increase the UAE and Oman distributor network. · Optimize sales strategies to accelerate volume and revenue growth and profitability. · Identify new distributor opportunities and work with distribution partners and their sales teams to grow the brand and market share. · Lead pricing negotiations to achieve profitable growth and secure long-term agreements. · New Product Distribution. · Develop tenders and quotes, process orders and activations. · Manage the entire supply chain from deal negotiation, activations, distributor business planning, marketing and supply chain management to ensure smooth operations. · 10 - 15 years’ distributor management and route-to-market strategies experience in UAE and Oman in the CPG, FMCG or food service sector. · Proven track record in consistently exceeding sales targets in the UAE and Oman food industry. · Experience of working in import sales of grains, rice, pulses and dry foods or Agri products is mandatory. · Strong commercial and financial acumen capabilities in deal structuring, direct import and international cross market tenders. · UAE, Oman or GCC driving license is mandatory. · Currently living in the UAE or Oman. · Fluent in English. · Entrepreneurial with a growth and profitability mindset. · Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with the ability to build long term business relationships.
