Job Description : Internal Audit, Senior Manager (Manufacturing Industry) Singapore The Company Established Manufacturing industry leader is currently looking to recruit a competent, progressive and assertive IA talent to join the regional team. Successful Candidate and Expectations · Required: Strong Regional Internal Audit technical competency, min. 15 years of professional working experience and a mature, assertive and driven individual who an own the IA function · A bonus to have Manufacturing industry exposure · Experience in covering whistle blowing, fraud investigation required · Desired traits: Forward looking, assertive, resilient, takes initiative, ambitious to progress in one’s career, trustworthy and a strong team player. Budget: $9,000 - $11,000 per month + Bonus Job Scope Reporting to the Audit Committee and managing a small team, you will be responsible for planning and managing the execution of financial, operational and production plant audits, as well as in providing inputs to annual audit plans. This includes documenting and reporting of audit findings, as well as training of in-country finance teams on internal control requirements. You will be responsible in providing independent assurance that the Group’s risk assessment, governance and internal control processes are operating effectively. You will also provide recommendations to management with insights into best practices and in establishing an operation that will further strengthen internal audit effectiveness within the Group. This can be achieved by preparing concise reports on observations and recommendations to the Board for corrective actions. Travelling of up to 30% can be expected post-COVID. No travelling requirement now.
