Product Engineer

Job Description : Product Engineer with a Leading Automobile Part Trading Company . Location : Dubai Role & Responsibilities : Coordinate with Product Development team to finalize product ideas. Check product installation feasibility and prepare design of the product accordingly. Convert Images or Sketches or Drawings to 3D model. Create 3D model based on the scan data (Mesh file / STL File). Convert 3D simulation to Actual Engineered Product including A surface & B surface creation. Create detailed 2D Drawings as per Automotive industry standards and customer requirements. Define Product Material of each kit components. Prepare Installation Manual of the products. Justify the design performance with the help of CAD tools. For e.g. FEA Analysis Understanding of Automotive Interior and Exterior Parts Engineering and installation. Understanding of Automotive Standards and Regulations. Able to do Reverse Engineering from Scan data or physical part. (Mesh to CAD / STL to STP or IGES). Knowledge of materials (Plastics and Metal) and its manufacturing processes.
