12 yearsJob Description : PROJECT MANAGER OMAN 12+ years experience As a Project Manager , your role is cross-functional and varied. You will manage and deliver a portfolio of projects; actively lead and contribute to business development initiatives; and demonstrate a measurable positive impact on business and operational performance. Your delivery of projects will be driven by technical integrity, quality, and value add. Business development and market initiatives should be focused and measurable. You will uphold corporate values, drive operational efficiency, and maintain the positive brand and reputation in the market. Project Delivery · Demonstrate that project time, resource plan, deliverables and budget is achieved for each and every project · Efficiently deliver projects to realize high (>30%) margins and cost savings · Ensure project deliverables are technically reviewed and verified and quality/scope achieved as per proposal. All deliverables to ensure 100% compliance with proposal requirements · Obtain positive feedback from clients on all engagements based on high quality deliverables, teamwork and client relationship management · Develop a resources plan for each project in consultation with operations coordinator for input into the Team Resource Allocation Plan. This must be updated on a weekly basis as directed by Operations Coordinator · Manage large projects involving multi-functional tasking and substantial complexity Market Leadership · Develop a business development plan once a FY aligned to business strategy with measurable goals and milestones · Foster and grow existing client relationships and secure new work · Develop new client relationship, bankable project leads and account management · Explore off-spring services to expand HMRs portfolio and presence in the market · Enhance brand value and reputation in the market through effective network and quality deliverables · Explore options and build capacity to reduce third party expenses and develop capabilities in-house · Meet Financial Performance Indicators: · Meet or exceed RO 20,000 monthly gross billings: measured as PM Gross Billings contracted plus weighted pipeline (75% what-ifs) for beyond current 3 month outlook. Management to agree this value and variations to be discussed · Contribute to and ensure Quarterly Revenue target of OMR 450,000 · Contribute to and ensure Monthly Revenue OMR 150,000 · Ensure no receivables in market more than 65 days and actively coordinate with finance on invoices. Operations · Maintain a monthly average utilization of billable time of at least 70% · Develop resource management plan for each of the projects and collaborate with team members to ensure adherence to plan · Provide on the job training and coaching for junior staff on technical and operational aspects · Provide input to performance evaluation of colleagues to contribute towards their professional development · Ensure strong understanding and use of software and tools to enhance overall efficiency (e.g. workflow max for timesheets, project billings, etc.; suite of MS include MS Project; budget sheets; etc.) · Recommend new and improved ways of managing operations and lead operational improvements with input from senior management People Impact · Conduct 1 (one) safety leadership initiatives per quarter on projects (walks, audits, workshops, etc.). Reportable Incidents to be 100% and agreed improvements implemented. Lost Time Injuries in Sector to show a 50% improvement over previous fiscal year · Conduct at least one (1) lunch & learn session every quarter to share knowledge with team · Develop emerging professional skills by starting to impart skills, mentoring and delegating tasks to Consultants, Sr. Consultants, Assistant PMs, and peers · PM to ensure regular coaching and feedback to APMs, Sr. Consultants and Consultants to occur once every three months or once on each project. · Lead Career Management Program and ensure mentorship and coaching to junior resources · Promote a collaborative and inclusive working environment by actively involving team in discussions, project delivery, proposals, and other corporate initiatives. · Drive team engagement and participation
