Job Description : EXPAT PLASTIC MOULDING PLANT HEAD NIGERIA Plant Head is a production professional responsible for ensuring that all daily operations of the plant run smooth and effectively. · should be flexible as Work days are Mon-Saturday and 8am-7pm. Plant will be running 365days Minimum Experience 20 years and having excellent knowledge of Machine , Utility ,Mould , & Worked in Plastics industry · Machine/Process Knowledge mandatory:- Must have operational experience handling a plant size of few 1000 tons of PET or multiple lines of ‘Husky’ Injection moulding machine and ‘Sacmi’ lines for closures · Skill Required:- Technical operations design, control, and manage the technical process and operational integrity of technological services provided to organization. Their job description involves coordinating the operational aspects of a technical process to ensure smooth running. must have thorough knowledge of PET Preforms and closures · Setup new project , handle two or three plant. Must be able to co-ordinate all the day to day operations, analyze the production and run factory to full efficiency. · Education background in PET plastic manufacturing. Preferably someone with an MBA background. Ideally looking for bachelors but can consider if the candidate is really good
