Job Description : CEO SPAIN An established business in the commodities and food space is looking for a strong business leader. Your Role: Directing agendas, driving business growth, and providing strategic, financial, and operational leadership to the company while working with the Board of Directors and the senior leadership team. Develop effective business strategies and plans in alignment with the company's overall short- and long-term objectives. To ensure consistent results and exponential growth by driving revenue growth, profitability, and company values. You need to come in with a strong background in the commodities/ edible oils business. Lead the acceleration and expansion of the business into different countries. Managing a cross-function team you would set the course for expansion into different countries, e-commerce, product innovation and aggressively expand the export markets. Nurture a positive culture that fosters an innovation-oriented mindset. You will own the strategy and the P&L. Must-Have: At least 20 years experience with at least 5 years in heading a food manufacturing unit. Prior experience and understanding of olive oil and farms are essential. Strategic, result orientated you must have prior experience in a board facing role.
