Regional Supply Chain Manager 
10 yearsJob Description : REGIONAL SCM SINGAPORE You are responsible for overseeing and managing the company's overall supply chain and logistics strategy and operations to maximise process efficiency and productivity. You will lead all supply chain activities and manage teams. As the Regional Supply Chain Manager, you will be in charge of working on improving inventory, logistics, and all operations-related tasks. Be responsible for the global procurement of FMCG products in the personal care/F&B range Negotiate prices, formalise contracts for supplies Handle a team of buyers/planners and manage the entire gamut of the procure-to-pay cycle Adopt the apt costing technique for sourcing (TDC – Total Delivered Cost) and deliver on optimum CQD (cost, quality, delivery) Generate savings by employing various techniques to reduce the overall supply chain costs Handle the demand forecasts for all SKUs to ensure that there is proper supply Analyse weekly plans coming from sales, planning, and purchase departments and reconcile variances, and refine the forecast model Work with warehouse operations with a capacity of 40,000 pallets at multiple global locations Manage the inventory to optimal levels Maintain supply chain KPIs Coordinate with sales and logistics to ensure liquidation of SLOB Identify new potential products/markets Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships with key suppliers Continually identify and implement ongoing improvement initiatives Gather data from various sources and analyse spending based on SKU/supplier/seasonality/markets To perform well as the Regional Supply Chain Manager, you will need to be able to coach and motivate staff. In addition, you will need to have strong interpersonal communication skills. Along with a high level of management skills and be committed to achieving efficient and safe operations in line with the company’s high level of technical standards. Tertiary qualifications in procurement and supply chain management or a relevant discipline Minimum of 10 years of work experience within an FMCG environment Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style Proactive and independent in making decisions Able to take on the role of a motivator to coach and counsel others whenever necessary Proficient in MS office applications such as MS Dynamic Analytical mindset and an organised work approach Proven experience in contract negotiations; vendor management
