Job Description : Chief Financial Officer Location: RAK , UAE Competitive package AED.300,000 - AED.350,000 Our client is employ over 5000 employees and have >5mil users. They are looking for a Chief Financial Officer to join their team of high – performing professionals to assist in keeping their finances insightful and instrumental to continued success. Key Responsibilities: Responsible, either directly or by managing staff, for all cash management, investments, insurance, budgeting, and financial reporting, helping to drive the company’s financial strategy and hiring needs Coordinate the development of the annual operating, capital, and program budgets, and reporting against the same Ensure cash flow is compatible with company operations, by overseeing the day-to-day accounting, recording, reporting, and internal control activities of the organization Lead the development and use of best-practice policies, practices, and tools that ensure a well-controlled yet flexible organization with strong fiscal management, project management, cross team communications and workflow Comply with federal, state, and local financial requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing compliance, and taking action Required Experience: A qualified finance professional ( CA or CMA) with a wealth of experience (10++ atleast) in Middle East. Proven ability to work and lead in a dynamic environment Strong written and spoken English/ Arabic is a plus Enjoys working on complex, ambiguous problems with a diverse group of professionals Resourceful, possess problem solving skills and have a strong "can do" attitude Preferably with a keen commercial sense / acute bussiness acumen of leading finance function of a multi industry / diversified bussiness group. Experience in hyper market retail, construction will come extremely handy. Looking for candidates from reputed groups/ mnc’s / large conglomerates who are quick starters and go getters. The group is fully on SAP. Salary shall be best in the industry commensurate to experience and potential.
