Job Description : INSTRUMENTATION MANAGER DRC Work Experience 8-10 Years in large scale industries / Mining/ Heavy industries / Beneficiation plant / Chemical Plants. Must have worked in Siemens system house for 2 years with experience in Siemens TIA portal programming and troubleshooting. The experience must include 1. Hands on experience and Sound knowledge of programming of Siemens 1500 PLC programming and WINCC SCADA graphics page creation and on hands experience in Siemens TIA portal programming and troubleshooting. 2. Hands on experience and troubleshooting with Modbus, Ethernet, Profinet communication protocols. 3. Hands on experience in PLC modules configuration, ladder logics, Tag logging, IMCC fault findings, configuration of alarms, trends, points in Siemens SCADA. 4. Experience to configure HMI and troubleshooting. 5. Installation and commissioning of PLC- SCADA (Siemens make) and configuration of all type of smart field instruments. 6. Trouble shooting and commissioning of VFD Drive ABB, Schneider and soft starter. 7. Maintenance and troubleshooting on Ball Mills field instrumentation & interlocking, Belt Weigh feeder, Belt Weigher Rectifier, Thickners etc. 8. Maintenance and troubleshooting of Calibration and Maintenance of field Instruments like Pressure, Flow, Level, pH, Conductivity & Temperature
