Job Description : IT HEAD NIGERIA FOR OIL AND GAS COMPANY 20+ years experience Candidate Profile & Qualifications · Graduate/Diploma in engineering preferably IT/Comp Sc. and qualification from management essential. · Good communication and people management skills. · 15-20 years experience from various industries with at least 10 years in Information Technology · Oracle ERP Solution (Operation Support and Development) , good to have Oracle Cloud ERP experience · IT Latest Technology Knowledge of Cloud Platforms - Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, Cybersecurity, GDPR, IOT, O365, experience on Process Manufacturing plant software packages good to have. · Provide Systems Solutions for different departments. · Able to understand Company’s Business Flow and provide software solutions for business problems. Roles & Responsibilities: Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for: · To align IT Department with organizational objectives · To develop departmental personnel for achieving target. · Plan budget – Capex & Revenue for department. · To develop safe, Secure working practices and systems · To plan and execute IT activities as per Organization requirements and application software’s. · Shall be responsible for planning of IT systems · Shall be the custodian of company’s electronic data · Shall provide state-of-the-art IT infrastructure for use by all departments. · Shall develop solutions for operational requirements and decision support, using advanced techniques · Shall be responsible for skill upgrade for IT officers, with a view to improve the IT knowledge base. · Shall prepare comprehensive proposals and schemes along with process owners for implementation of IT solutions and obtain administrative & financial approvals · Shall organize replication of proven systems · Shall improve quality, profitability & productivity as a business enabler · Shall explore avenues of providing IT solutions / support to other group companies, using its pool of expertise and software development efforts
