Senior Operations Manager

Job Description : SR Operation Manager- CT- Injection Molding NEW YORK USA · Bachelor’s degree in related field required; prefer experience in plastic injection molding and/or high-speed automated assembly environment. · Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 8-10 years of progressive management experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment · Must be able to work in fast paced, quick changing atmosphere · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Applications · Experience managing production operations through a Manufacturing Execution System (Mattec preferred) · Experience With Lean Manufacturing, 5S Principals and Strong Continuous Improvement Record and Background · Experience Managing Engineers, Technicians, Supervisors and Production Associates · Strong Knowledge of Injection Molding Tooling and polymers · Ability to coach and mentor with strong leadership, organizational and communication skills. · Prior Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing training · Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations · Excellent written and verbal communication skills
