Plant Manager

Job Description : Plant Manager- Injection Molding- New York Directs and coordinates manufacturing activities on all shifts Ensures ongoing maintenance of production equipment Coordinates production, machine utilization, mold and color changes. Conducts daily review of departments to ensure that safety procedures are adhered to, equipment and operators are operating at peak efficiency, and work being performed at the highest quality levels. Works with the Quality department to reduce and minimize product not conforming to customer and or internal specification. Oversees and instructs new materials, sample requests, new equipment and maintains appropriate records. Serves in an advisory capacity to the Group leaders and production personnel BS or BA degree or related experience
