Regional Finance Controller

Job Description : REGIONAL FC THAILAND ( INDIANS ONLY) 15+ years experience Due to excellent result and future expansion plants, the Regional Financial Controller will be a co-pilot of the management and act as a commercial consultant and challenger to craft strategies, performance management for businesses in the region. Work closely with the management team to set long-term strategy for their business Provide accurate financial information to guide the management in their decision making on an operational level Challenge ambition level of operational and strategic decisions by making proposals for sales and profitability targets and participate in target setting meetings Identify risks and opportunity to set impulses and determine focus projects Responsible for frame-setting and challenging budget, forecast and business planning Provide analysis on profitability of key accounts and involve in tenders Create transparency on and drive profitability of sales and service organisation Provide financial information on success of marketing activities, productivity of sales forces and promoters Bachelor's degree in relevant fields- accounting, finance, economics, business administrations Understanding of key markets drivers, customers and legal frameworks Strong knowledge of controlling and financial analysis and knowledge in accounting Excellent communication and relationship management skills Result oriented Analytical Strong intercultural competencies Strong business acumen, commercially aware, understanding and anticipating the needs of both operations and management
