Head Audit

Job Description : Hiring Head Audits Place of Work - Noida Industry - Logistics & Transport (Prefer from the same industry) Experience - 15 Plus years CTC - 35-38 LPA To monitor and manage the audit and stocks team within the region and plan the audit program in regular intervals across the country. · To conduct a periodical inspection of all the branches within the region for stock audit/expense audit/freight audit. · Reporting on anomalies and observations found during the period of an audit by branch team & suggest further implementation. · Periodic verification of statutory register and other records maintained by branch staff. · Assess the current state of the organization's internal control framework and help the company drive value and efficiency in the internal controls by implementing leading practices. · Find deviation report on basis of observation of audit report · Assist in developing an audit plan and strategy to improve current business processes. · Constantly monitor project progress, manage risk and verify key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes Skills Required: Graduates having 15+ yrs exp of operations & its auditing in branch/Hub. · Experience in working for a logistics company, having direct exposure in Branch Audit Stock checking etc. · Exposure to various internal audit practices prevailing in the Logistic sector. · Excellent oral and written communication skills.
