General Manager

Job Description : GM ADHESIVE MANUFACTURING NIGERIA Roles and Responsibilities The candidate will be expected to : · Manage the production of high-quality specialised lamination adhesives. The candidate will be involved in every aspect of the business, and should expect to manage all departments of sales, production, maintenance, accounts, HR. · Coordinate with management and the import team to ensure the correct raw materials are ordered and that inventory is planned efficiently. · Plan production and ensure high levels of production efficiency. · Coordinate with customers, and the internal sales team to manage the sales cycle. · Stay on top of cashflow and credit. · Sign invoices, purchase order and carefully monitor inflow and outflow of all materials. · Work with HR to manage the recruiting cycle. Ensure all aspects of business operations are being recorded accurately, and present the data monthly to the board of directors Desired Candidate Profile · BSC in a technical field, with specific technical knowledge of chemical synthesis. · Minimum 15 years experience in the field. · Candidate should be highly independent and ambitious. · Candidate must be an excellent delegator, able to train staff from scratch on how to carry out their specific job function. · Candidate should have high standards and expectations for the team they build around them. · Candidate should be honest with high integrity.
