Job Description : BUSINES SHEAD OMAN FOR TYRES Job: The position shall report to the Chairman and shall be responsible for the overall management of all strategic and operational functions of the Tyre Division. The incumbent shall look after the Sales, Marketing, and aftersales activities of the division and shall be responsible for top-line / bottom-line growth & market share, through a nationwide distribution network. Driving increased revenue and profit to achieve Company’s ambitious growth plans, setting strategic business goals and planning & implementing aggressive short/medium/long term business growth strategies, and maintaining a cordial relationship with the Principals form a key part of the responsibilities Qualification: Graduate with additional management qualifications. Experience: Around 25 years of relevant experience, preferably in medium/large size reputed Tyre Companies, with exposure to Car & Truck tyre replacement market, with minimum 5 years in a top management position. The ideal candidate should be currently heading the tyre business, at national/international level, handling large markets/volume and a large team of professionals. The ideal candidate should be a competent leader with excellent organizational & leadership skills and outstanding communication & interpersonal skills. Should have experience in working with top management with a proven track record of aggressively driving business growth. Sound commercial acumen, analytical ability, a macro understanding of HR, Finance & Systems, and pleasing personality are essential. Exposure to international business will be a major advantage.
