Job Description : Plant Manager - Profit Centre Head Location: East Africa Age Group: 35-45 Years The person should be a Graduate/ Engineer with minimum 12-15 years' experience. This position reports to The Director. The person should have: Previous knowledge in mining & processing of any mineral Previous knowledge in gold would be an added advantage Previous experience in African countries A solid background in managing people We are looking for all-round manager who has good knowledge in processing, mining, and related accounting & management functions. Multi-tasking is crucial in this role The person should have a flexible attitude as the location of the plant is in the interiors. Someone who is able to adapt to circumstances, think with a cool head and manage situations Good communication & PR skills
