Job Description : CEO RETAIL THAILAND OPEN TO ALL NATIONALITIES As the Chief Executive Officer, you will responsible for providing strategic, financial, and operational leadership for the company and will closely coordinate and work with the Board of Directors and senior leadership team. Manage the overall organisation to prioritise its objectives, identify potential opportunities and challenges and develop strategies and implementation plans that enhance the company’s market competitiveness and ensure its long-term profitability and survival To plan, prepare and monitor company’s business plan and budget to maximise contributions to profit Analyse and make recommendation on the impact of long range growth initiatives, planning, and introduction of new strategies and regulatory actions Communicate effectively and establish credibility throughout the organisation and with the Board of Directors as an effective developer of solutions to business challenges Mentor and interact with members of staff at all levels to foster growth and encourage development among senior executive team and all members of staff To manage full P&L responsibility of commercial and manufactures At least 15 years of industry experience Experience in retail operation, marketing and product management from fashion or apparel industries would be advantage Excellent ability to lead and manage Professional business acumen Strong leadership skill
