Job Description : VP B2B NIGERIA The Vice President, B2B would be responsible for leading a large profit center across sales, business development, and business operations. It’s a well-rounded role that gives the experience of managing a large business. Location: Lagos, Nigeria Key Accountability Areas: Sales & Business Development: Provide strategic direction to the B2B team and the Manufacturing organization, with Aim to maximize revenue at an optimal cost Develop the marketing mix and bring that into action in the ecosystem Meet set Topline & Bottomline objective for the Vertical ( Volume, NR , Gross Margin and EBITA /PBT) Capability enhancement of the SalesForce Drive preference for CFM brands by influencing the Bakers Ecosystem –by providing Guidance to the Technical team Leverage Technology – Bakers ecosystem, e-commerce (Distributors ), EPOD, sub-distributor tracking Drive cost optimization by networking with Purchase function – RM/PM The incumbent would responsible for keeping a tab on S&D of the country and other market information. Key Account Management: B2B Sales & Business Development, Product Development, Key Account Handling. Achieve sales in the Wholesale Channel. Operations & Business Management: Ensure high motivational levels in the team and get the team aligned with the overall strategy that we follow in the country Ensure that all the direct and indirect costs for the business are within budgets Counterparty & Credit Risk Management Person Characteristics If you have proven experience in managing, Key Account Management, Sales or Distribution roles in emerging/ Upcountry markets, the role entails absolute responsibility for both Country / Product levels. Exposure to Micro & Macroeconomic factors of business environment would therefore require a strong conceptual and analytical bend of mind to operate in international business environment. MBA from a leading business school with min 15 years’ experience in leading sales, Business management at leading foods or fast-moving consumer goods industry.
