Job Description : General Manager for Multinational FMCG Company NIGERIA The General Manager will be based out of Lagos Nigeria accountable for the company's P&L and maintaining the high growth trend in revenue and profit. · Develop the Annual Operating Plan and align the board on the yearly objectives · Reports directly to the board of directors · Continue attracting new business to develop our portfolio further especially in the non-temperature controlled segment · Develop a strong team of effective managers in all function · Work closely with the board, suppliers, Nigerian authorities, banks, government institutions, auditors to grow the business and achieve company objectives Requirements · 15+ years of experience in FMCG distribution with at least three years of managing the business and owning the P&L · University degree and English speaking is a must · Africa experience especially Nigeria is an asset · Experience in manufacturing is a plus This role is open to Expatriates Only.
