Job Description : INJECTION MOLDING MANAGER CANADA 15-18 years experience Roles and Responsibilities 1. Handling Machine ranges from 25T to 550T (Hydraulic & All Electrical) 2. Machine Operation and Shift Operation 3. WIPE/FG/Scrap Management 4. Handling of Machine Maintenance team and Periodic/Preventive/Predictive Maintenance 5. Process Efficiency development 6. Monthly Operation plan achievement 7. Knowledge on mould maintenance and Responsible for Mould Maintenance 8. Ensuring Healthiness of Mould tools and Machines 9. Knowledge on Quality Audit system (ISO, IATF ,OHSAS,ISO 13485) 10. Work Cycle Time Rotation plant Quality and Value Engineering Project, 11. Manpower Planning & Management 12. Responsible for the Entire Plant Operation such as Finance, Purchase, HR & Admin, Quality Control. 13. Planning and organisation skills to be able run and monitor the production process 14.The ability to act decisively and solve staff or equipment-related problem. 15. The capacity to grasp complex concepts easily 16. Attention to detail to ensure high levels of quality. 17.The ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with your team, Top Management and Customer. 18. Select equipment and take responsibility for its maintenance 26.Set the quality standards 27.Ensure that the production will be cost effective by wastage. 28.Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed 29.Monitor productivity rates and product standards and implement quality control programme 30. Organise the repair of any damaged equipment. 31.Liaise with different departments, teams and companies, e.g. suppliers, managers, clients 32.Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed at all time 33.Ensure customer orders are completed on time and to budget and that quality standards and targets are me. 34.Work with managers to implement the company's policies and goal 35.Collate and analyse data, putting together production reports for both factory General Manager Supervise and motivate a team of worker. 36.Review worker performance and identify training needs.
