Project Manager

Job Description : Project Manager / Construction Manager - Mixed Use Buildings Projects. Location: Abu Dhabi/Dubai (AED 40-45K pm benefits). Mandatory and Minimum Requirements: -Impeccable communication skills with client-facing experience, (Must be a Native English Speaker) - Degree in Engineering or project management or any related field from a reputable western university. - Must have extensive experience in buildings projects and mixed use buildings projects. - Minimum of fifteen (15+) years of relevant experience. - Previous experience with a reputable developer or project management consultancy. - Full life cycle experience on large scale projects. PLEASE NOTE: this role is NOT in MEP,infrastructure,Design or Project controls it is a Senior level role for someone who has overseen the over all construction and handover of multiple mixed use projects.
