Job Description : Director of Masterplanning - UAE A highly reputable international consultancy in the UAE has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual to join their organisation to establish and grow a master planning consultancy business servicing key clients across the region. The successful individual will establish the direction, policy and leadership of the function and play a key role in winning new work and leading teams and projects to achieve success. Responsible for developing strong client relationships, leading bids and establishing and directing multi-disciplinary teams including external subconsultants to create fully integrated and commercially viable master plans. This role will suit a degree qualified Architect, Urban Designer / Planner with 20+ years’ experience including 8+ years in a senior leadership role with a proven history of managing the design and delivery of major masterplans across the Middle East and internationally. A strong consultancy background with extensive senior leadership, operational, strategic and commercial experience is essential.
