Job Description : RETAIL OPERATIONS MANAGER UAE Salary: AED 18,000 – 22,000 + Incentives Benefits: Annual Tickets & Medical Insurance (to employee, spouse, and 2 children under 18 years) Industry: Retail – Consumer Electronics . Job Requirements: – Bachelor’s degree in retail or equivalent degree of education and experience. – Minimum of 8+ years as an Operations Manager in a large retail organisation/Speciality Electronics Chain. – Must have worked with well-known consumer electronics retail stores in India. – MS Office with strong knowledge of Excel & PPT. – Excellent problem solving, organizational, and prioritization skills. – The ability to plan and prioritise workloads and delegate accordingly. – The ability to manage, motivate, and inspire others. – UAE Driving License is a plus.
