Job Description : INJECTION MOLDING ENGINEER CETRAL AFRICA Education Qualification: Diploma or CIPETN Experience: Candidate must have 8+ years of experience in furniture and household items. Roles and Responsibilities Job Role: · Candidate is responsible for Setting up and operating injection-molding machines to cast products from materials · Candidate is responsible for machine maintenance, preventive breakdown and trouble shooting. · Candidate is responsible for pulls lever to close dies and inject plastic into dies to cast part Candidate Job profile: · The candidate should have qualified with Diploma or CIPET. · Candidate is responsible for installing dies on machine, according to work order specifications. · Candidate having good production knowledge of household items. · Candidate is responsible for setting up machine controls, regulating molding temperature, volume of plastic, molding pressure and time, according to knowledge of plastics and molding procedures. · Candidate is responsible for removes finished product from dies, using hand tools. · Candidate is responsible for Trims excess material from part, using knife. · Candidate is responsible for mixing up materials and coloring pigments in mixing machine, according to formula · The candidate has to be responsible for parts development, design drawing, and modification. · The candidate is responsible for plastic mold making, mold maintenance, and mold development.
