Job Responsibilities : Implementing office discipline, time attendance, professional working environment across the Group. Ensures planning, monitoring and appraisal of employees on time to time and periodically in coordination with management. Preparation of various Contracts, Appointment letter, offers for different kinds of employees. Ensures legal and statutory compliance as per the Labor Law policies and regulations. Communication Skills : English Fluency is must ERP Knowledge : ERP system knowledge, payroll system knowledge is must.
