Job Description : WORKSHOP SUPERVISOR UAE 10-15 years experience Managing and monitoring all the activities of the workshop to ensure efficient operations and technicians’ productivity, utilization, and efficiency- Supervising and monitoring workshop team leader, technicians, road tester to ensure their services meet the standards of quality set by a company to achieve customer satisfaction. · Orienting and training on the process and the system of the work for the team leader, technicians, and road tester to ensure a capability. · Guide and direct the activities of servicing/repair staff to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency with Provides technical advice and direction to workshop team and reporting to the service manager and technical support team when required · Monitoring all the activities of the service center (workshop activities, body shop activities, car care activity, purchasing, logistic, facilities, tools) in the first stage only to ensure efficient operations and efficiency by suppling the newest equipment and tools Experience in Luxury, Sports and classic cars is necessary for the following positions.
