Spare Parts Supervisor

Job Description : SPARE PARTS SUPERVISOR 10-15 years experience Manage the parts inventory levels closely for auto repair and sales needs without delay based on projected demand and matching cost targets, leverage the inventory control systems to record and track auto part sales and auto repair work. · Track records for auto parts warranties, Supervise, trains, motivates, counsels the automotive parts department employees, assist with promotions, as needed, to increase parts sales. · Order parts that meet the cost and quality standards of the automotive parts department, and vehicle manufacturers. · Establishes pricing parameters in each customer category that generate enough gross profit to produce a satisfactory profit while maintaining customer loyalty. · Handle warranty claims processing (relating to parts issues) and complete all relevant administration promptly and accurately (including customer records and invoicing). Experience in Luxury, Sports and classic cars is necessary for the following positions.
