Job Description : QUALITY CONTROLLER TANZANIA FOR COSMETICS 15+ years experience Cosmetics in Aerosol Perfume deodorant, Room Spray, Insect repellant spray Desired profile of the candidate Candidate must have bachelor or master degree in Chemistry or microbiology and having good working experience in relevant industry. Candidate who is working in both production and QC& QA will preferred Job Responsibilities · Handling production, QA, Microbiology Lab and QC lab in their day to day activities. Verifying the report · Commissioning the new Aerosol line production from start · Sound Knowledge about product manufacturing and testing and troubleshoot · Knowledge about the raw materials and supplier. · Training and Handling QA and QC team. · Handling production team, Planning and executing the planning · Implementing GMP. · Creating and ensure the adherence of SOP. · Maintain lab equipment and troubleshoot or report on malfunctions · Knowledge about boiler, RO will have added advantages · Controlling on rejection / material wastage of the product. Should have control on batch yield. · Need to take care of machines with help of maintenance Engineer for proper preventive maintenance to reduced machine down time. · Maintain Quality parameters for the production as per norms. To handle planned and unplanned deviation. Ensure that all the in-process checks are carried out and quality of the product is ensured at each stage as per the Standard Operating Procedures · Experience in Cream, Lotion, Personal care & Color cosmetics bulk batch manufacturing will be added advantages. · Coordination with FDA and Bureau of standards for their inspections and ensure their compliances. · Manpower allocation planning for the shifts. · Willingness to learn about the new technologies and atomization.
