Regional Sales Manager

Job Description : RSM NORTH AND WEST AFRICA reputed regional FMCG company within the personal care category is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to establish distribution and grow sales and brand equity in North Africa as well as West Africa. This is excellent opportunity for someone to manage a large territory and take on the challenge of growing a brand across multiple categories in personal and oral care. The role will be responsible for: - Developing/Implementing route to market strategies from scratch for all channels - Modern Trade and Traditional Trade - Support development of annual operating plans and strategic plans by analysing sales KPIs and volume trends - Form partnerships with distributors across African market to enable strong penetration of product in the market. - Ensure profitability What are client is looking for in candidates? • Strong experience building FMCG distribution channels from scratch in African market, particularly in countries in North Africa as well as West Africa. • The candidate should have experience managing and growing distributors among multiple countries • Strong knowledge of personal care and oral care category and well as the challenges and opportunitines in the market • Excellent communication skills in English. Fluency in Arabic and French is also preferred
