Job Description : COST MANAGEMENT DIRECTOR KSA A large scale development project in Saudi Arabia have an exciting new opportunity for an FP&A Director to join their finance team. Your Responsibilities Establish and run the Project Cost Management department. Focus on managing cost and brining process efficiency by monitoring cost activities across multiple projects Working alongside project directors by developing collaborative relationships to successfully manage, grow, and deliver cost management duties on various projects Assist in the establishment of proper leadership program/project level Management teams to ensure completion of projects Develop a cost management framework including cost allocation drivers. Advise on contracting and procurement strategy utilizing a variety of procurement routes and project level capital planning and reporting Analytically review budget, forecast and cost control measures and suggest ideas in managing cost to Project Director. Manage the hiring, training, evaluating, professional development and taking corrective actions to address the performance problems of the Project Cost Management Unit Your Qualifications As the successful candidate, you will have at least 15-20 years' experience in the construction and real estate industry, of which at least 7-8 years will be at a CFO/Director level Specialization includes project management, cost engineering, cost control and monitoring, project controls and commercial management of projects. Strong financial modelling skills and knowledge of BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau etc) Working knowledge of project management systems such as SAP, Oracle, S4HANA
