Job Description : Senior Project Manager (Building Construction/Capital Projects) Construction Type– Major Multiple Building Projects Location: Port Harcourt, Nigeria Expats only Are you an experienced Senior Project Manager that is looking for a new challenge in your career by moving into a major building and capital project delivery role with a reputable Building Engineering Construction firm that is directly managing multiple major Building Construction projects in the south-south region in Nigeria? This company has over two decade years of experience in managing Building Construction and Capital projects in Nigeria. As the Senior Project Manager you will be tasked with the timely, efficient, safe and cost-effective delivery of major multiple building and capital projects. This will cover everything from project scoping/costing to contract management, risk and issue management, technical resource coordination and IMS compliance. You will be managing a team of Project managers as well as the entire project management office of the group. The ideal candidate will have a Project Management qualification (APMP, PRINCE2 etc.), will have experience of managing major high rise building and capital projects within the NEC suite of contracts and will have a background involving Building, Construction, Infrastructure, and Capital projects. Requirements: Frist degree in Civil Engineering from a reputable institution Project Management qualification (APMP, AMP, PRINCE2 or similar. Experience managing large projects for Building Construction/High Rise and Capital Projects. Microsoft Project experience (advantageous)
