Production Manager

Job Description : PRODUCTION MANAGER AUTO THAILAND FOR EXPATS PLASTIC INJECTION MOLDING NECESSARY A global leading automotive part supplier is seeking a high calibre Production Manager (x 1 vacancy) based at their plant in Rayong, Thailand, to ensure an efficient and productive manufacturing process that meets customer requirements. Reporting directly to Plant Manager , you will be fully responsible for driving overall performance of production unit. Manage the production activities to achieve demand and supply plan, able to delivery at optimise cost and align with HSSE, quality, integrity management, and KPI driven performance improvement Coordinate with client's quality team to ensure that our manufacturing process meet all customer standards Lead manufacturing and scheduling team, in line with annual plan and the company strategy Lead and implement strategic plan and business contingency plan in production Maintain awareness of the product stewardship and product compliance processes Coordinate resource planning with Industrial Engineering department concerning stocks, equipment, staffing, activities, etc. Develop team competency, define gaps, and take developmental actions accordingly To succeed in this role, you must have the ability to lead and unite effectively and possess a keen understanding of plastics injection Bachelor's Degree in Engineering related field At least 10 years’ experience working in production/operation control At least three years’ experiences in management position Strong communication and presentation skills Experience working in automotive industry
