Production Manager

Job Description : PRODUCTION MANAGER NIGERIA FOR FOOD MANUFACTURING COMPANY 10-15 years experience Job Description: 1. Have a good understanding of the machinery in his/her section of the factory. 2. Ensure it is being operated safely and efficiently whilst maintaining product and company standards. 3. Manage both resources and people in order to achieve tasks. 4. Fill in and report any information requested by the factory manager. 5. Responsible for all cleanliness of the machinery and the surrounding area. 6. Report any faults in machinery of personnel issues. 7. Look out for the welfare and safety of any personnel. 8. Stagger and manager breaks/lunch to ensure that operational integrity of the section is maintained. 9. Make improvements and suggestions to improve the efficiency of the plant. 10. Assure that quality and output standards as set by the company management are met at all times. 11. Work with QC to rectify any deviations from the above.
