Job Description : HEAD OF FP& A APAC OUT OF AUSTRALIA Supporting the CFO this role will have primary responsibility for budget setting, financial management, control and reporting including both Corporate and Investment Banking. Coordinate, lead and optimise the monthly management reporting process and process improvement initiatives Management reporting, forecasting, variance, trend analysis Drive annual planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Develop and implement long term strategic planning and financial modelling. Monitoring and control of business costs Growing and developing FP&A team Strategy setting, in particular the development of financial KPIs for key change initiatives At least 10 years in banking industry with strong financial and managerial accounting skills and good data handling skills Bachelor’s Degree; CA/CMA holder will be favourably considered Team Management and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with other departments Good knowledge of Global Corporate and Investment Banking business drivers Good understanding of / experience in Bank treasury functions would also be an advantage
