15 yearsJob Description : SALES HEAD AUTO FOR PHILIPPINES The Head of Sales will lead sales and customer development. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the incumbent will be responsible for establishing and growing the team as well as sales. Establish and develop growth plan and set objectives to deliver a high growth rate Achieve overall sales objectives and targets Maximise and develop new business opportunities with new and existing clients Attend to customer inquiries and assist in handling sales-related documents Contribute to the team to strategise sales and marketing plan Work closely with headquarters and external suppliers Ensure timely payment collection Gather market information and competitor intelligence Achieve business plan targets given Prepare visit reports after customer visits Other duties as assigned by immediate superior To succeed in this job, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with senior business development teams, across borders and internal matrix. Proven track record with sales, leadership and achievements Demonstrated experience in developing client-focused and achievable solutions Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret market and business trends A self-driven, motivated leadership approach as well as an ability to coach and provide clear direction and drive a high-performance sales team is expected A hands-on leader who can lead short, medium, long-term business plan and successful execution Fluency in both written and spoken English
