Job Description : Quality Engineer Plastic Automotive company THAILAND Education- BE Mechanical Experience – 12-15 years Note- •Immediate joiner preferred. *•Only Plastic Injection Molding work experienced candidates shall be preferred .* *Job Description-* Responsible for Pre-dispatch inspection Monitor the Internal Quality Performance (Customer & Inhouse) monthly basis Implementation of action plan for PPM (Customer end and In-house) Monitor the rework data monthly basis Responsible for Process audit and product audit as per plan Layout inspection as per plan Monitoring customer return register Evaluation of supplier CAPA and PPAP Responsible for supplier audit as per plan To maintain 5 S ISO & IATF knowledge required. *Secondary Responsibilities -* 1. Responsible for first piece and in process inspection 2. Monitor the daily finishing material record.
