Plastic Extrusion Engineer

Job Description : PLASTIC EXTRUSION ENGINEER TANZANIA 10+ years experience 1. Responsible for planning, setting, and reviewing machine parameters at the time of mold changeover or machine startup. 2. Ensure efficient production levels. 3. Responsible for Quality Inspection of extrusion molded PVC Pipes. 4. Review failures or product defects, identify root causes, and implement actions for the elimination of trouble and recurrence. 5. Responsible for training and guiding operators in the shift. 6. Should ensure timely maintenance of auxiliary equipment 7. Aid in, assist in and implement production planning strategies 1. Should be able to optimize, troubleshoot, and set machine parameters 2. Should be able to change molds as well (if required). 3. Should have experience in operating Plastic Extrusion machines for making Garden Pipes, PVC pipes, Electrical conduit pipes, HDPE pipes, Injection mold for PVC fittings, Blow molding machines for Plastic fittings.
