Job Description : COUNTRY HEAD(GURUGRAM)-Responsible for Overall P&L responsibility including business strategy, operations &people management for Freight Forwarding, Logistics services. Provide strategic direction, motivation, leadership and proven general management ability to successfully increase profitability and ensure the Indian operations maintains its marketplace share and visibility. Focus on scale up current top line to new set target, Analyzes market trends, pricing & competitors strategies and develop effective sales promotional strategies by giving relevant inputs to Management regularly. Head the Sales Operations of the company directly, lead the organization, maintain customers and new customer acquisition initiatives. Delivering a challenging business plan to achieve the objectives of cash flow, revenues, costs, risk, returns and controls. Salary/perks around Rs 2 CR. Age Group -38-48.
