Job Description : DOCUMENTATION MANAGER UAE 10+ years experience 1. Complete Documentation knowledge of Imports/Exports (Specifically in Metals & Minerals Industry is a Plus) 2. Knowledge of Letter of Credit for Imports/Exports (For Bulk & Container Shipments) 3. Complete Documents preparation for Imports/Exports 4. Seamless co-ordination with Shipping Line, CHA and buyers for all shipments. 5. Extensive Knowledge of Shipping terms (Incoterms) of Imports/Exports 6. High level proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel. 7. High level proficiency in preparing impeccable Sales & Purchase Contracts along with superior negotiation skills to persuade both buyer and supplier. 8. Prospecting knowledge in International trading. 9. Familiarity with Basic Banking knowledge for Imports and Exports is a must. 10. Fluent Written and Communication skills in English/Hindi is a must. 11. Email-etiquettes is a must.
