Job Description : Plant Manager Mining Process Leaching & Absorption at Tanzania 20+ years experience · All-round manager who has good knowledge in Leaching & Absorption Process, Mining, Accounting & Management principles. · Acting as PCH Profit Centre Head. · Multi-tasking is crucial in this role · Strong experience in Mining and Mineral Processing. · A solid background in managing people Desired Candidate Profile · The person should have a flexible attitude as the location of the plant is in the interiors. · A tough & Strong person who can withstand the local issues and manage them at his level · Someone who is able to adapt to circumstances, think with a cool head and manage situations · Good communication & PR skills · Good language skills and has the ability to pick up a new language · Previous experience in African countries · Previous knowledge in Gold would be an added advantage
