Job Description : COO THAILAND An exciting Chief Operating Officer (x1 vacancy) job has just become available at one of the most respected FMCG firms based in Samutprakarn. Reporting directly to the board this is a role for a leader of FMCG plant operations professional who seeks for C-Level role. In this business critical role you will be responsible for defining the broad business operating strategies for the large scale manufacturing plant to ensure that the business sustainability and achieve it short and long term goals. To directs all the head of departments including production, quality, supply chain, engineering and R&D and aligned all the strategies are being executed To create initiatives to take advantage of opportunities, reduce treats, forestall business risks, and maximises core strength To maximise operation efficiency & productivity with continuous improvement within the plant i.e. labour cost or productivity, yield & loss, energy unitary cost, OEE To contribute to short and long-term organisational planning and strategy as a senior member of the management team To develop long term strategy and enable its potential growth and profitability To succeed in the Chief Operating Offcier job, you will need to have successful track records in similar role with 10 years in top management from food manufacturing or petrochemical business. Degree in Engineering or related filed Excellent leadership with experience change management Strategic, business acumen with ability to lead and drive Excellent communication skills and English proficiency Industrial 4.0 experience, lean and sustainability business knowledge Experience working in listed company will be advantage
