Commercial Operations Head

Job Description : HEAD OF COMMERCIAL OPERATIONS SEA OUT OF THAILAND FOR BEER As th Head of Commercial Operations - SEA (Alcohol), you will be reported to General Manager SEA and responsible for overall planning, performance management, revenue management and operations. You will enjoy competitive base salary with bonus and allowance for this role. Ensure the commercial team are seamlessly integrated into the broader business ( finance, supply chain, logistic, procurement etc.) Manage routine business cycle, drive sales performance Drive visibility and tracking commercial areas such as volume, net revenue, contract performance, discount and profit to ensure delivery of target Lead analysis and presentations and coordinate with cross function stakeholders and senior management Lead the annual and routine budgeting process for the commercial plan (1Y, 3 Y and LE) Ensure the process and output are aligned to the corporate strategy and objectives Co-ordinate with global and local supply chain to ensure time line receipt of goods plus defining & implementing strategies to optimise total value & supply chain PMO: Own the key PMO agenda for the business To succeed in this role you must a minimum of 10 years working experience in FMCG in Trade Marketing, Distributor Management and/or Route to Market. University Degree, MBA is very much preferred Balance between detailed focus and ability to take long term perspective and set direction Strong business case development, analytical and problem-solving skills Thorough understanding of industry and competition Strong problem solving and analytical skills Ability to communicate complex concepts into simple messages in both oral and written format Knowledge of analytical tools Strong leader and ability to work across cultures.
